Dish: "Curry Chicken (Indian-styled)","Tomato- Chilli Prawn ", "Stir-Fried Kailan", "Steamed Garoupa", and "Papadum"
Ah Friday nite, best day of the week..Though little tired from a long day at work, was looking forward to yet another dinner at Aunty Cherrie's kitchen :-). Sis invited me again for another dinner at their lovely home, and this time it coincided with my brother and my sis's in law visit to KL.
Aunty Cherrie's picks for the dinner were "Curry Chicken (Indian-styled)","Tomato- Chilli Prawn ", "Stir-Fried Kailan", "Steamed Garoupa", and "Papadum".
Love them all, particularly the curry chicken, prawn and papadum! I think I was last at the table trying to finish whatever I could! :-)
Note: Papadum is a thin, crisp Indian preparation sometimes described as a cracker. It is typically served as an accompaniment to a meal in India. It is also eaten as an appetizer or a snack and can be eaten with various toppings such as chopped onions, chutney or other dips and condiments. In some parts of India, it is served as the final item in a meal. (Source: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Papadum)
