Dad loves Chinese food, and nothing satisfies him more than a real authentic Chinese cooking. This narrows down our choice of dining places to take him to for his Belated Father's Day celebration. In the end, I decided on The Ming Room in Bangsar. Reason for choosing was simple- This place has a nice ambience, and the food never fails to satisfy ones palate.
We ordered some special dishes e.g. the Charcoal Grilled Porb Ribs Spanish Style, Braised Imperial Bean Curd with Spinach, and Roast Chicken with Spicy Minced Garlic. All the dishes tasted really good, including the Stir-fried vegetable with Asparagus. I especially liked the Charcoal Grilled Porb Ribs Spanish Style as the meat was so tender and juicy (just perfect!) and it would have blended really well with a glass of red wine (haha), but as my dad was no drinker, we had Chinese Tea instead (which paired just as good) :-)
We finished the meal with some nice refreshing desserts (see below)..Everyone enjoyed the food, especially dad, so what more can I say? Nice food, nice place, good service! You should give it a try :-) Bon Appetite!
