'Home-Cooked' Lunch [Dish: Tofu with minced pork meat, vegetable ('tin chat' in cantonese), steamed minced pork meat, fried mushroom] @ Kar Hiong, Subang Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia

One of our friend and her husband was in Subang Jaya, and we decided to take them to a restaurant in Subang Jaya serving authentic Chinese food that taste almost like home-cooked, and is a favourite among Subang Jaya families. Both my friend and her husband are Filipinos, hence this place would be the perfect place for them to sample nice 'home-cooked' Chinese food :-)

We did not wait long for our food, and all the dishes came shortly one after another. We loved the food (as always!), and so did our friends. Some of the dishes tasted just like how my mom would make them e.g. the steamed minced pork meat (see below) and the vegetable 'tin chat' (in cantonese). I am not sure what 'tin chat' is in English (if you know, pls let me know, and I will update accordingly!).

Yes, this restaurant is highly recommended! If you are new in Subang Jaya or happen to be around here, do drop by. But word of caution: If you are here during the peak hours (for lunch and dinner), you must have a little patience as you might just have to wait quite a while to be sitted ;-)
